Maria is a solicitor and Managing Director of the firm, combining strategic leadership with hands-on legal practice. She is recognised for her client-focused approach, legal precision, and commitment to advocacy, particularly in complex and high-pressure matters.

Her practice includes high-value litigation, urgent High Court applications, discrimination claims and professional regulatory proceedings. She has acted in proceedings involving:

• The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS)

Earlier in her career, she worked on multi-agency investigations and complex cases involving vulnerable witnesses, building experience in professional misconduct, medical negligence, and safeguarding. She has undertaken training in PACE (Police and Criminal Evidence Act) interviewing, contextual psychology, witness handling, and decision-making, strengthening her ability to manage high-stakes matters with care and precision.

Maria was among the first solicitors in England and Wales to qualify through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route, reflecting her modern, forward-looking approach to practice.
