Focused support for your client’s matter.
Whether you are referring a client or coordinating a matter across jurisdictions, we begin by understanding the English-law work required and how it fits with your role. We identify the appropriate team and agree clear lines of communication.
Our advice is limited to the matters within our agreed scope. Where another jurisdiction’s law or additional specialist input is needed, we discuss coordination with appropriately qualified advisers.
Discuss a referral
Please share a brief, non-confidential outline, the parties involved, the jurisdictions and any important deadline. We will complete initial checks and confirm whether we can assist before detailed documents are provided.

International Consultancy Opportunities
Maintain your local practice. Work with our team to support clients with English-law needs.
We welcome expressions of interest from established overseas lawyers who wish to explore a consultant appointment with Balaghi & Rose while continuing to practise in their own jurisdiction.
The opportunity is suited to lawyers whose clients have business, investment or personal interests in the UK and need English-law advice. An agreed consultancy role can involve maintaining the client relationship and coordinating with our team on matters accepted by the firm.
Working together
For each matter we accept, we identify the responsible legal team, confirm the scope of our work and agree how the consultant will be involved. Advice on local law remains with appropriately qualified advisers in the relevant jurisdiction.
Express your interest
Please send a short professional introduction and CV, including your jurisdiction of qualification, current practising status and professional registration, existing firm or practice, areas of expertise and the types of English-law support your clients require. Please do not include confidential client information.
Appointments are considered individually and are subject to professional checks and an agreed written consultancy arrangement. Responsibilities and use of the firm’s name are agreed before an appointment begins.
