Discuss your enquiryWho we help
For international students preparing to come to the UK, those already studying here, and graduates considering their next steps. We also advise parents and other family members who need advice on their own related arrangements, subject to conflict checks.
How we can help
Student visas and immigration advice
Advice on Student visa applications and extensions, supporting evidence and eligibility for dependants. We can also explain visa conditions and the immigration implications of changing or interrupting a course. The advice depends on your circumstances and the rules applying to your application.
Explore immigration servicesGraduate visas and moving into employment
Assessment of Graduate visa eligibility and support with applications, alongside advice on switching to Skilled Worker permission where the requirements are met. We consider your course, immigration history, relevant dates and any proposed employment before advising on your options.
Employment advice
Review of job offers and employment contracts, with advice on pay, notice periods and contractual obligations. We also assist with unpaid wages, discrimination, dismissal and settlement agreements. Where immigration conditions affect the work you can undertake, we consider those alongside your employment position.
Explore employment servicesAccommodation and tenancy advice
Review of residential tenancy and guarantor agreements, and advice on deposit disputes, ending a tenancy and disagreements with landlords or student accommodation providers. We consider where the property is located, the agreement and the costs of taking action. This service concerns renting accommodation in England and Wales; it does not include residential conveyancing.
Document certification and legalisation
Certification of passport and qualification copies, statutory declarations, and assistance arranging notarisation, apostilles or further legalisation where required. We check the receiving organisation’s requirements before confirming the appropriate process. Notarial work is carried out by a suitably authorised notary, and any external charges are explained separately.
Business advice for graduates
Advice on company formation, founders’ and shareholders’ agreements, commercial contracts and brand protection. Before you begin trading or take an active role in a business, we check whether your immigration permission allows the proposed activity. Incorporating a company does not itself give you permission to work in the UK.

We begin with the issue you need to resolve, the documents available and any deadline. We then confirm whether we can assist, who will handle the matter and the scope and fees before work begins. Advice may be limited to a consultation or document review, or extend to an application, negotiation or representation where agreed.
Common questions
Can I seek advice before arriving in the UK?
Yes. You can contact us while overseas to discuss immigration advice, a proposed tenancy or documents you need for use in the UK. We will confirm what can be handled remotely and whether any part of the work requires attendance or original documents.
Can I work or run a business while studying?
Your immigration conditions determine whether you can work and what restrictions apply. Student permission generally prohibits self-employment and business activity, subject to limited exceptions. We can check your position before you accept work or start a business.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Give us a brief outline of the issue, your current location and any deadline. For immigration matters, include your visa type and expiry date; for accommodation matters, state where the property is located. Please wait for our instructions before sending passports or other sensitive documents. Sending an enquiry does not mean that we have agreed to act or that a deadline has been extended.
