Hasan Balaghi

Hasan is the principal founder of the firm and a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, authorised and regulated by CILEx Regulation. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, he combines expertise in law, regulation, and commerce to guide organisations through risk management, change, and sustainable growth. Before co-founding the firm, Hasan worked within regulatory frameworks overseen by the Ministry of Justice and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), gaining experience in claims management services, public loss assessing, and insurance brokerage. This background gives him a deep understanding of governance, regulatory standards, and compliance-driven business practices. His career has encompassed commercial, corporate, and criminal law, where he has been directly involved in matters ranging from shareholder disputes and business restructures to complex financial investigations under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA). He has also developed sector-specific expertise in the motor trade, where he works with dealerships and traders on consumer protection issues. By completing specialist training with The Motor Ombudsman and the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI), he brings sector-specific regulatory insight to complex motor trade disputes. Beyond his legal and regulatory work, Hasan is an active investor who partners with businesses during critical phases of transition — from scaling and restructuring to preparing for exit. Known for his clear thinking and pragmatic approach, he brings together legal, commercial, and financial perspectives with innovative thinking and strong facilitation skills to deliver strategies that are both practical and forward-looking.
