Teyba is a Director at the firm, where she leads the Private Client Services department and oversees Finance and Administration. With a unique blend of legal knowledge, leadership experience, and community engagement, she drives both the firm’s strategic growth and operational excellence. A qualified legal professional holding an LLB (Hons) and OISC Level 1 accreditation, Teyba’s practice includes: • Immigration law • Wills • Housing law She also holds specialist training in Islamic legal principles from SOAS, University of London, as well as additional certifications in safeguarding, GDPR, and will writing. As a senior leader, Teyba is responsible for the firm’s financial systems, compliance frameworks, internal operations, and team development—ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality service across all areas of the firm. Teyba’s career began in legal education, where she worked as a Visiting Lecturer and Course Leader in Law and Public Services. She holds a PGCE and an MA in Educational Leadership, and has also served as a Corporate Governor at Luton Sixth Form College. Her contributions extend beyond legal practice. She has participated in academic research and policy development, including work on health inequalities at the University of Bedfordshire and leadership of National Lottery-funded heritage projects, culminating in the publication of local history research. A long-standing advocate for equity and social justice, Teyba has collaborated with the Islamic Human Rights Commission and the United Nations Association (Luton Branch). Fluent in English and Urdu, she brings legal precision, cultural competence, and a strong ethical foundation to her work with diverse communities. Teyba’s cross-sector experience—spanning law, education, and civic leadership—positions her as a forward-thinking professional committed to delivering accessible, ethical, and client-focused legal services.
